Person in charge of the protection of personal information
In accordance with Law 25, the role of person in charge of the protection of personal information is held by the management of Leerna Group, who can be reached at contact@leernagroup.com. This is your point of contact for any question or request about your data, whatever your country of residence.
Data we collect
Contact form
When you use the form, we receive your name, email address, country, the services you are interested in and your message. This information is needed to reply to you. An acknowledgement summarising your request is sent to you by email. Please do not include sensitive information (health, banking details…) in your message.
Video call request
When you request a video call, we receive your name, email address, WhatsApp number if you provide it, the suggested slot, your time zone and the topic of the call. An acknowledgement is sent to you by email, then we send you a Google Meet link to confirm the appointment.
Protection against bots
To block automated submissions, the form only uses invisible protections: a honeypot field, a single-use token and a submission limit per IP address. Your IP address is only used for this limit, in temporary memory, and is not stored.
WhatsApp, email or video call
If you contact us via WhatsApp or by email, or during a video call, we process the information you send us: name, contact details, content of the exchanges.
Technical data
The website host records technical logs (IP address, date and time of access, page visited, browser type) that are needed for the security and proper operation of the website.
Audience measurement
By default, no audience measurement tool is active on this website. If we enable one, we use Plausible Analytics, which only loads after you consent, sets no cookies and only produces aggregated statistics (page views, referring site, device type). You can change your choice at any time with the “Audience measurement” link at the bottom of the page.
